Our little Lion sleeps tonight

So we went to our Ward campout on August 29 and had a great time. Brielle slept wonderfully. We put her in her car seat with blankets underneath and on top of her all inside her pack and play (like a mini, portable crib). We heard her stir just a little bit but nothing to worry about. Morning came, Brindy left the tent and came back, I left the tent and came back, and we peeked into Brielle's ensemble and this is what we saw:

The yellow blanket is the one in her car seat. She was hunched over forwards outside of her car seat in a sitting position. It reminded me of another time that this same thing happened-only at home. She was taking a nap and we went in to check on her and this is the result:

Again she is sitting almost Indian style and hunched over forwards. I don't know how long she was like this but she seemed to be pretty happily asleep. And we got some nice photos of the back of Brielle's head!

Okay, I am about to admit a litle known fact about me... I sleep like this to this day. Devin hates it b/c when I sit up in the middle of the night, I rip the covers off of him. I have always slept like this and it isn't something I am aware that I am doing... I just somehow sit up in the middle of the night and sleep indian style with my head in front of my legs. So, this could be a lifeling thing that you just have to get used to. My parents did and now my husband has... kind of.

That reminds me of the time Erin fell asleep on the toilet. SHE WAS LIKE 5. So don't give her too much of a hard time. :D

That is really funny that she does that! I guess she gets it from Amanda???

That is so cute! I think its pretty funny that amanda does this too! We do funny things in our sleep, don't we? I don't get why she's your little lion in this post though, sorry for being dumb, but what am I missing?

"The Lion Sleeps Tonight" is a great song! The Tokens version was the Billboard Top 100 the week I was born.
